Course Description

The Aspiring Registered Manager Programme is a free, four-day leadership course designed to support and equip aspiring care home leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to succeed in a Registered Manager role within adult social care. Structured across four modules, the course will explore regulatory accountability, effective leadership in complex care environments, operational excellence, and leading quality improvement. Each module is delivered in a full-day, in-person session filled with evidence-based learning, engaging group activities, reflective practice, and practical takeaways. The programme will officially kick off in June 2025, with participants attending one module per scheduled date. Attendance and completion of all four modules, as well as submission of course activities, are required to receive a completion certificate.
