It’s our flagship Christmas charity and awards evening, celebrating the contribution of Filipinos working in health and social care across the UK. Expect a red carpet welcome, three course dinner, awards, live entertainment and a very lively after party.

Yes. Your ticket is embedded as an image in your email. You must show this at the door on arrival. Having it ready on your phone will speed things up.
Your table number is listed in your confirmation email from the events team. The floor plan will be available at the registration desk, and staff will direct you to your table.
First, check your spam/junk folders. If you still can’t find it, contact events@filipinosincare.org.uk as soon as possible.
Please aim to arrive from 17:00 so you can check in, enjoy the drinks reception and be seated in good time for the welcome address.
The easiest route is via Kensington High Street Station (Circle and District lines), followed by a 7–10 minute walk:

Yes. There is on site parking and an underground car park around the hotel, subject to availability.
Standard parking tariffs are:
Up to 2 hours – £17.00
Up to 4 hours – £20.00
Up to 8 hours – £28.00
Up to 12 hours – £33.00
Up to 24 hours – £41.00
There is also a special rate of £20 per day for event attendees.
Yes. There are disability spaces available on a first come, first served basis. Disabled parking is still chargeable for blue badge holders.
The car park has a maximum of 135 spaces, so please allow extra time in case it is busy.
The dress code is Black Tie. Traditional Terno and Barong are very much encouraged. Think formal, festive and proudly Filipino if you wish.
Yes. This event will be photographed and filmed.

By attending, you are consenting to being featured in this content.
If you wish to avoid being photographed:
Remove yourself from any staged or group photos
Make yourself known to the photographer in the room
If you later see an image online that features you and you’d like it removed, you may email the event manager after the event. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
No. The venue operates a strict policy on outside alcohol:
Alcohol cannot be brought into the event
Any outside alcohol found will be confiscated by security
Alcohol cannot be taken outside the event
Drinks can only be consumed within the venue
Yes. There is a cloakroom where you can store coats, jackets, umbrellas, oversized bags and other bulky items.
No. Due to fire regulations, you cannot bring coats or bags larger than a clutch into the main event space. These must be stored in the cloakroom.

Lightweight jackets and raincoats
Other bulky clothing items

Yes. There will be a charity raffle during the evening, with prizes announced on the night. Full details, including how to buy tickets and when the draw will take place, will be shared by the host and on screen.
Raffle tickets will be available from members of the Filipinos in Care team and/or from a clearly marked raffle desk. Listen out for announcements during the evening so you don’t miss your chance.
All proceeds from the raffle go towards Filipinos in Care CIC projects, including leadership development, mentoring and pastoral support for Filipinos working in health and social care.
Yes. If you’d like to show your support, FIC badges will be available to purchase at the reception area.
