Your Filipinos in Care Gala Virtual Programme
This page contains everything you need to know ahead of the Filipinos in Care Christmas Charity and Awards Gala, from timings and dress code to what to expect on the night. Please read it through before you travel so you can relax and simply enjoy the evening. We are really looking forward to welcoming you, celebrating your achievements and giving you a night to remember. If you have any questions that are not covered here, would like to confirm or amend your personal attendance details (including dietary requirements or accessibility needs), or if you are no longer able to attend, please contact events@filipinosincare.org.uk and a member of the team will be happy to help.
Finalists
Event Programme
The evening begins at 17:00 with a sparkling drinks reception in the ballroom, a chance to arrive, mingle and grab those all important selfies in the main display banner. At 18:00 pm we come together to the main hall for the official start, and at 18:15, a welcome address, before sitting down at 18:45 to enjoy dinner and conversation. The spotlight then turns to our finalists at 18:45 for the Awards Ceremony, where we celebrate the stories, achievements and quiet heroics of our community. From 21:15 pm, we move straight into the Awards After Party with music, dancing and more photos than our phones can handle, before we say our goodbyes at midnight, when carriages (or Uber) await.
