In a sold-out ballroom brimming with elegance and joy, our guests were treated to a night of unforgettable performances and powerful recognition. The Haraya Choir opened the evening with their soul-stirring harmonies, setting the tone for an emotionally rich programme.
The majestic Lahing Kayumanggi Dance Company took the stage next—bringing history, tradition, and theatre to life in a breath-taking cultural showcase that left the crowd cheering on their feet.
Fashion met heritage as four Filipino designers unveiled their collections in a vibrant runway show that fused modern couture with the textures and stories of the islands. It was art in motion—Filipino creativity on full display.
And at the heart of the evening, the Filipinos in Care Awards honoured our brightest and most selfless in the care sector. From unsung heroes to outstanding leaders, we recognised nine individuals whose stories left a lasting imprint on everyone in the room. There wasn’t a dry eye by the end.
Haraya Choir Performance
The Haraya Choir opened the Gala with a breathtaking performance that set the tone for the night—elegant, emotional, and deeply moving. With their rich harmonies and heartfelt delivery, they brought the room to silence, then to joy.

Lahing Kayumanggi
The Lahing Kayumanggi Dance Company lit up the stage with a powerful cultural showcase that was nothing short of spellbinding. Through every beat, step, and vibrant costume, they told the story of our heritage—proud, resilient, and full of life.
From tribal rhythms to folk-inspired grace, their performance brought the islands to London and left the audience in awe. It wasn’t just dance—it was a living, moving celebration of Filipino identity.
Filipinos in Care Awards
The debut Filipinos in Care Awards was a landmark moment—our chance to honour the heroes behind the scenes in UK social care.
With nine thoughtfully chosen categories, we recognised dedication, leadership, innovation, and compassion across the community. Each winner’s story was a testament to hard work, heart, and the difference one person can make.
The Awards didn’t just celebrate achievement—they sparked pride, inspired others, and set the stage for a new tradition of Filipino excellence in care.
Fashion Show
One of the most talked-about moments of the Gala was the breathtaking Fashion Show, featuring collections from four exceptionally talented Filipino designers. Each designer brought a unique vision—blending contemporary trends with traditional Filipino craftsmanship and motifs.
From handwoven textiles to intricate embroidery, their pieces told stories of culture, history, and identity. Bold colours, elegant silhouettes, and modern cuts created a runway experience that was both visually stunning and deeply meaningful.
