Our Impact

At Filipinos in Care, we measure impact not only by the activities we deliver, but by the difference those activities make to the people and communities we serve. Our work is designed to strengthen connection, support wellbeing, widen access to development opportunities, and promote greater inclusion and participation across health and social care.

Through our events, networks, pastoral support and development initiatives, we aim to create spaces where Filipino professionals in care feel supported, better connected, and more confident in their personal and professional journeys. We also seek to contribute to the wider public benefit by supporting a more inclusive, informed and resilient care workforce.
