Filipinos in Care Awards 2025 – Nomination Terms and Conditions

By submitting a nomination to the Filipinos in Care Awards 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Nominees must be of Filipino heritage and currently working in the UK Adult Social Care sector.

  • Nominations are open to all individuals, including colleagues, managers, residents, families, and members of the public.

  • Self-nominations are permitted but must include a reference or endorsement from a colleague, manager, or service user.

2. Nomination Process

  • All nominations must be submitted via the official online form by the stated deadline.

  • Incomplete forms or entries lacking supporting detail may not be considered.

  • Each nominee can only be nominated in one category. If nominated for multiple, the Awards Committee will determine the most suitable category.

3. Judging and Selection

  • All nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges appointed by Filipinos in Care.

  • Judges' decisions are final and based on merit, alignment with the award criteria, and supporting information provided.

  • Shortlisted finalists may be contacted for further information or testimonials to support their entry.

4. Consent and Data Processing

  • By submitting a nomination, you confirm that you have the nominee’s consent to share their name, role, and details relevant to their work.

  • Personal data collected through this form will be used solely for the purposes of administering and promoting the Awards.

  • Shortlisted nominees agree to be contacted by Filipinos in Care and may be featured in promotional materials, social media posts, and during the event.

  • Data will be stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel.

  • All nomination data will be retained for no longer than 12 months following the awards event, after which it will be securely deleted unless further consent has been given.

5. Confidentiality

  • Any sensitive information provided will be treated in strict confidence. No contact details or private information will be shared publicly without consent.
