About the event
Galaw at Ginhawa: Caring for Those Who Care for Others is a wellbeing centred programme designed to support care professionals, carers, and members of the community through an afternoon of learning, movement, and connection. Organised by Filipinos in Care in collaboration with Women’s Voice, the event recognises a simple truth: those who care for others also need care, encouragement, and space to breathe.
The programme includes a wellbeing talk on caring without burning out, a high energy Zumba session, a dance workshop focused on confidence and empowerment through movement, and time for fellowship over healthy snacks. Hosted by Jaja and May, the event aims to create a warm, welcoming, and energising environment where attendees can prioritise their own wellbeing while building community with others.
Whether you work in health and social care or simply want to join a meaningful and uplifting afternoon, Galaw at Ginhawa is a chance to move, reflect, and be…
