She later worked as a Transformation and Quality Improvement Facilitator, and now serves as a Service Manager in social care.
Her advocacy centres on strengthening the fundamentals of care, ensuring compassionate, high-quality, and evidence-based care remains at the heart of practice. Within Filipinos in Care, Jaja supports event planning and implementation.
Beyond healthcare, Jaja is also active in event production, hosting, modelling, and as a facial therapist, reflecting her creativity, versatility, and passion for connecting with people. Openly proud of her identity, she brings authenticity and heart into everything she does.
